When applying for a unique technique, please fill out the following form:

Tech Name: The name you wish to give your technique. It can be in any language.
Usability: Either [Unique] (unique to yor character) or [General] (Anybody may use it)
Description: A detailed description of the technique in question. Describe how the technique is performed, what it does and how difficult it is to perform.
Approximate Strength (?/10): An approximate estimation of your technique's power, with 0 being pointless and 10 being a fight-finisher. This lets you show the mod team how powerful you intend your requested ability to be, and lets them in turn decide how many technique slots your technique will cost upon approval.

Needless to say, the stronger your requested technique, the more scrutiny it will be subjected to, and the more potential slots it will require. Please keep in mind that all new players start with 10 Technique Slots, and an extra slot is awarded for every 250 PDP you gain.

Technique Name: First Singing Wall
Usability: Unique
Description: A simple attack that requires both the knowledge and experience of three-sword combat. The user slashes with the sword wielded in their right hand, then sheaths the sword as they strike with their left. The left sword is then sheathed as the second right sword is drawn and used to create another strike. The combo is then repeated, resulting in a total of five continuous strikes. This ability, when used, creates the illusion of a wall as the constant slicing attacks are able to deflect bullets and counter attacks with relative ease, providing the enemy is of low strength and lower experience than the user. As the five strikes slash through the air, the blades vibrate and 'sing', thus giving birth to the techniques name. Must be equipped to use '2nd singing wall, 'Final Singing Wall' and 'Apex Singing Wall'.
Approximate Strength: (4/10)

Technique Name: Killing Field
Usability: Unique
Description: A technique requiring the utilisation of three swords. The user draws two of their swords, closes his or her eyes and enters a semi-meditative state, thus sacrificing the ability to see for inner concentration. The hit-radius of this technique is roughly 5 metres, with the user being at the centre at the start of the technique. Once the user has reached his or her inner meditation circle (their own inner focus), they may dash anywhere within the circle, as long as it is in a straight line, meaning they may dash from the centre to the edge of their hit-radius. Upon imminent contact with an enemy, they slash with the sword they wield in their right hand, then they slash with the sword they wield in their left, but as their left connects, they sheath their right sword and draw their second right sword and slash at the same time as their left strikes. The result is an illusion; the enemy feels as though they have been cut once, but in reality, they have been cut three times, with the two last cuts effectively cutting them in half, almost as though they were cut with a pair of scissors. It is enough to kill instantly, should the enemy be inexperienced or unprepared.

To use this technique, players must fulfil the following criteria:

- Wield three swords (or more)
- Have at least 500 in their Swordsmanship Skill
- Have at least 500 in their Raw Speed Skill
- Be taught this technique by a current user of the technique (may be an NPC).



Approximate Strength: (7/10) The speed and power of this technique, as well as the skill required to attack with the correct timing, means this technique is fairly difficult to perform and is thus given an approximate strength rating of 7/10.

Usability: General
Description: A hand-to-hand technique that involves the user propelling themselves into the air, then coming down upon an opponent with the heel of either foot.
Approximate Strength: (3/10)

Technique Name: Double Splitting Hammer
Usability: General
Description: A hand-to-hand technique that involves the user propelling themselves into the air, then coming down upon an opponent with the heels of both feet. Does 10% of the user's hand-to-hand statistic in damage, as opposed to the usual 5%. Has the potential to knock an opponent out cold if the head is struck.
Requires: 2000 in both Raw Speed and Hand-to-Hand.
Approximate Strength: (6/10)

Usability: Unique
Description: A variation of 'Splitting Hammer'. A sword technique that involves the user propelling themselves into the air, then coming down upon an opponent with the edge of a single blade.

Description: A variation of 'Double Splitting Hammer'. A sword technique that involves the user propelling themselves into the air, then coming down upon an opponent with the edges of their two blades. Does 20% of the user's swordsmanship statistic in damage, as opposed to the usual 5% per blade wielded. Has the potential to be an instant-killing move, as the opponent could be cleaved in two should they fail to block or avoid the attack.
Requires: 3000 in both Raw Speed and Swordsmanship.

Technique Name: Santoryu: Raven
Usability: Unique [Morrigan. Can be taught to others.]
Description: The user unsheathes two swords simultaneously, then launches themselves forwards through the air, holding both swords out to either side as though they were wings. The user sheathes both swords the moment before they land, then draws their third sword to deliver a powerful downward slice, using the momentum of their landing to power the strike. Enemies to either side of the user are shredded as the user moves through the air, though the primary target is the enemy the user launches themselves directly at, and will receive the final blow. Damage calculations are as follows:

Two side strikes: 20% Swordsmanship in damage per strike
Final Strike: 40% Swordsmanship in damage

Requires: 2000 in both Raw Speed and 2000 in Swordsmanship

Tech Name: Shinken Shirahatori (真剣 白刃獲り?, Taking a true naked sword)
Usability: General
Description: The user is able to match the distance and speed of an opponent's blade and are able to quickly slam their hands together at the right moment as the user can catch the blade. The user is able to catch any blade possible with this technique. However a user must be mindful because some blades could still harm a user such as a blade that releases electrical currents or a flaming blade. This technique may be used with anything that is longer than two feet, so long as the user's strength matches those attacking.
  • [Two Handed] - Requires 400 in swordsmanship minimum
  • [One Handed] - Requires 800 in swordsmanship minimum

Tech Name: Ittō-Ryū Iai: Shishi Sonson (一刀流「居合」 獅子歌歌, One Sword Style Draw and Resheath Technique: Lion's Song) / Single Sword Lion Strike
Usability: General
Description: A strong technique that enables the user to cut through defenses and conventional weapons with a single strike. The user however must undergo a process in order to be able to perform this technique. The user must have their blade sheathed and they are able to perform this technique with just one blade. The user observes the opponent and begins to breathe quietly watching the opponent's breathe. When the moment comes the user unsheathes their blade while attacking in a single motion before sheathing the blade once again.

Tech Name: San-Juu-Roku Pound Hou (三十六煩悩鳳, 36 Pound Cannon) / Single Sword Rising Phoenix
Usability: Unique
Description: To initiate it, the user first holds one of their swords horizontally above the shoulder of their sword arm, and then performs a circular swing that launches the air compressed projectile spiraling towards the target. When first learned the technique's strength is the force of a bat. Eventually, it could be deadly if the strength of the user is high enough.
  • [Blunt-force trauma] - 700 TD in Swordsmanship, 900 TD in raw strength
  • [Cutting edge] - 1400 TD in Swordsmanship, 1800 TD in raw strength, 1600 TD in speed

Tech Name: Ittoryu: Yakkodori (一刀流 厄港鳥, One Sword Style: Disaster Harbor Bird)

Description: User launches from his sword a crescent moon-like projectile of compressed air to the opponent with great speed, similar to San-Juu-Roku Pound Hou (三十六煩悩鳳, 36 Pound Cannon) / Single Sword Rising Phoenix however instead of releasing a wave in a cone, they release a fixed size attack. The crescent moon-like projectile of compressed air is in the width of 2 meters.
  • [Blunt-force trauma] - 700 TD in Swordsmanship, 900 TD in raw strength
  • [Cutting edge] - 1400 TD in Swordsmanship, 1800 TD in raw strength, 1600 TD in speed

Tech Name: Hiryuu Kaen (飛竜火焔, Flying Dragon Blaze)
Usability: Unique
Description: Using one sword wielded in their left hand with their right hand gripping their left wrist for support, the user attempts to slash at their opponent. After slashing them, the user's opponent then burst into flames from where they were slashed. This attack can be blocked, and if it is blocked then the technique does not succeed. When the user makes contact with flesh, the fats within the opponent catch alight due to the speed and friction of the blade as they burst into flames in a brilliant light as the fire consumes the opponent burning them in the area that was slashed.

Tech Name: Nomi  (The Flea)
Usability: Unique
Description: Using precise strength and balance, the user grips the end of the pommel with both hands while holding the rest of the handle with their feet by hopping up into the air and gripping the handle. The user is hunched over in the air while doing this and is perfectly balanced on top of the blade, the slightest shift in weight in the wrong direction could knock the user over. The flat of the blade is pointed behind the user while the edge is pointed in the same direction as they are.

Tech Name: Nomi no chōyaku (Jumping Flea)
Usability: Unique
Description: This technique can only be used while using The Flea. While in the position of The Flea, the user throws their entire body weight upwards while keeping a tight grip on the handle. The user will travel in a small arch through the air before landing back on the ground roughly a meter from the starting point. To avoid falling over, the user must shift their weight in the air so that when they land they will remain balanced. This technique can be used continuously so long as the user is undisturbed, though the path can only lead in a straight direction.

Tech Name: Nomi no Dansu (Dance of The Flea)
Usability: Unique
Description: This technique can only be used while using The Flea. While in the position of The Flea, the user throws their entire body weight to either the left or the right as hard as they can, causing the user to spin  in the chosen direction rapidly. To stop, the user must shift their weight perfectly to the original position or else they will fall over. Continuous use of this technique can cause the user to become dizzy and fall over as a result.

Tech Name: Nomirōringu (Rolling Flea)
Usability: Unique
Description: This technique can only be used while using The Flea. While in the position of The Flea, the user throws their entire body weight in any direction, purposely throwing themselves off balance and tipping themselves over while still gripping the handle of the sword. The user will then tuck and roll on the ground and move to a standing position with the sword in hand.

Tech Name: Nomi no Kikku (Kick of The Flea)
Usability: Unique
Description: This technique can only be used while using The Flea. While in the position of The Flea, the user throws their entire body weight forward towards their opponent and roll as if following through with Rolling Flea. Once the user is on their shoulders, however, they will un-tuck their legs suddenly in a kick that is aimed for the opponents' jaw, meant to send them flying up in the air.

Tech Name: Nomi o Aruku (Walking Flea)
Usability: Unique
Description: Put simply it is a much easier version of The Flea. Rather than use one blade, the user uses two. One hand stays on the pommel of each blade while one foot is planted firmly on the handle guard of each. The user then lifts up one side of their body at a time, using the swords as a pair of stilts.

Tech Name: Nomi no Toge 咬 (Bite of the Flea)
Usability: Unique
Description: This technique can only be used while using Walking Flea. Once within a close range to their opponent, the user will remove their feet from the handle guards of the blades and swing their legs forward over their head, intending to strike the opponent in the chin and send them flying in the air. Once this is accomplished, the user will follow through with their kick by tossing their legs over their heads and landing them flat on the ground. From there, the user will jump up into the air after their opponent and stomping their feet down onto their torso to slam them into the ground.

Tech Name: Seppuku no Chi no Dansu (Harakiri Blood Dance)
Usability: Unique
Description: The user impales themselves with their own blade on the left side of their bodies, stabbing all the way through tot he other side. From there, the user will turn the blade so that it is side ways and spin rapidly in any given direction, creating a circular area around them that can cause serious lacerations. This technique is most effective when used up close.

Tech Name: Noboru Tsuki (Rising Moon)
Usability: Unique
Description: The user rushes forward with their sword in hand and makes to jab at their opponent with the pommel of their blade aiming for the upper torso. Once this has happened, the user will bring their blade in a rising circular arch upwards, slashing at the opponents' chest in a vertical direction from six o' clock to twelve o' clock.

Tech Name: Asahi (Rising Sun)
Usability: Unique
Description: The user charges forward with two swords in hand. With the left hand sword, the user makes an upward diagonal slash across the intended targets' torso at a seven o' clock to two o' clock angle. Following up on this, the user twists their body to the left and jumps into the air, simultaneously following through with their right hand blade to slash the opponent in an upward diagonal circular arch from five o' clock to eleven o' clock.

Tech Name: Yūhi (Setting Sun)
Usability: Unique
Description: A deadly combination of Noboru Tsuki (Rising Moon) and Asahi (Rising Sun), this technique requires three swords to execute. The user first performs Asahi (Rising Sun) on the intended target, sending them up into the air. Once airborne, the user will follow through with a downward vertical slash down the targets' torso, sending them crashing to the ground. The final slash adds 40% of the users' strength stat to the over all damage.

Tech Name: Karitori Jinsei (Life Reaping)
Usability: Unique
Description: A sword technique that is so accurate that it is devastating to any opponent that comes in contact with it, yet is difficult to use in actual combat. The user holds both hands on the handle of their sword and tenses their muscles throughout their whole body, focusing mainly on the torso, arms and shoulders. The user slowly brings the sword up horizontally at eye level, aiming directly for the intended targets' heart. Once the target is within range of the blade, the user will thrust forward with all of their strength, piercing the heart and the torso completely. This technique always uses 100% of the users' strength and is able to pierce through armor appropriate to the users' strength. The user must stand still while performing this technique and cannot move or relax their muscles until the technique is executed.
Approximate Strength (?/10): 9/10

Tech Name: Kushizashi (The Impaler)
Usability: General
Description: A devastating technique that leaves no room for error and no survivors of those who fall victim to it. The user rushes forward with sword in hand and makes to stab at the opponent in between the fifth and sixth rib on the right side. Following up on this, the user quickly grabs the sword and pulls it out, only to stab the intended victim once again. Once this is accomplished, the user will rapidly take a sword out of the torso and replace it in a different location each time, swiftly sheathing and unsheathing the blade into the victims' torso until their hand is a blur. The result is a mangled and bloody husk.

  • This Technique has a continuous stamina drain on it, draining 3% of the users' strength stat for every second used.

Approximate Strength (?/10): 10/10

Tech Name: Mugen no Ken Sutairu: Kushizashi (Infinite Sword Style: The Impaler)
Usability: Unique
Description: A monstrous improvement on Kushizashi (The Impaler). The user rushes forward with sword in hand and makes to stab at the opponent in between the fifth and sixth rib on the right side. Following up on this, the user quickly grabs another sword and stabs in between the second and third rib on the left side. Finally, the user grabs a third blade and stabs the victim just below the solar plexus. Once this is accomplished, the user will rapidly take a sword out of the torso and replace it in a different location each time, swiftly sheathing and unsheathing the blade into the victims' torso until their hand is a blur. This technique can be used in rapid succession of itself, going on continuously for as long as the user is able.

  • Must know all techniques under Mutōryū, Ittōryū, Nitōryū, Santōryū, Rokutōryū, and Shichitōryū before learning this technique.
  • This Technique has a continuous stamina drain on it, draining 3% of the users' strength stat for every second used.

Approximate Strength (?/10): 10/10

Tech Name: Ittōryū: Sandāsurasshu (Thunder Slash)
Usability: Unique
Description: A simple sword slash turned devastating, Sandāsurasshu is an assault on the body and the hearing of any given opponent. The user rushes forward with a sword in both of their hands held down at their dominant side, the edge of the blade positioned forward. Once within range of the enemy, the user will slash them across the midriff so quickly that there at first appears to be no damage done as well as the user appearing to have "teleported" behind the user. Moments later, the slash will make itself apparent by manifesting itself accompanied by an extremely loud thunder-like sound.

  • Must have at least 2000 DP in speed in order to use this tech.
  • Deals 60% of the user's strength stat in damage.
